We need specific information in order to give you a quote. The simplest way is to complete the RFQ Form and submit it. We have designed different RFQ forms for different services mix that you require. RFQ contains detailed queries about the information that we need for quoting.
While filling the RFQ form, it is not necessary to answer all the queries therein; supply whatever information is available, and leave the answers to remaining queries as BLANK or "NOT AVAILABLE / NOT KNOWN / NOT DECIDED" etc. We will get back to you if we need more information or clarification.

Information needed to Quote for Concept to PCB Design:

General Description: Provide a description of the concept, the functional
Requirements and the application area of the intended PCB assembly.
Technology to be used: Digital/ Analog/ Mixed
Maximum Frequency of Operation
Schematics: Provide conceptual schematics if available. If it is a re-engineering project
of an older existing design, do provide older schematics & other information.
Parts / Components: If you have decided on the use of some key components,
give the details thereof. Any critical component placement constraints?
Can components be used on both sides of the target Board?
PCB Design: If you have decided on or have preferences for some of the following
PCB parameters, do provide the information.
Board Size, Desired Number of Layers, Material Type, Board Thickness,
Copper weight, Surface finish, Solder Mask type.
Describe Any special design considerations that may be important: for example:
Impedance matching? Differential pairs? Simulation required for EMC and signal integrity?
Documentation: Any special design Documentation requirements?
PCB Fabrication: Number of PCBs required? Any additional notes/ comments for PCB Fabrication?
PCB Assembly: Number of PCBs required to be assembled? Consigned or Turnkey basis? Any additional notes/ comments for PCB Assembly?
Desired Project Schedule? Turnaround Time for PCB Design, Fabrication, Assembly?

General Description: Provide a description of the required system, its functional Requirements and its intended application area.
Hardware & PCBs:
Schematics: Provide conceptual schematics if available. If it is a re-engineering project of an older existing design, do provide older design information.
Parts / Components: If you have decided on the use of some key components, give the details thereof. Specify the CPU, if any, you intend to use.
Any critical component placement constraints? Can components be used on both sides of the target Boards?
PCBs Design: If you have decided on or have preferences for some of the following PCB parameters, do provide the information:
Specify the number of PCBs & their Sizes. Desired Number of Layers. Material Type, Board Thickness, Copper weight, Surface finish, Solder Mask type.
Describe any special hardware design considerations that may be important: for example: Impedance matching? Differential pairs? Simulation required for EMC and signal integrity?
Documentation: Any special design Documentation requirements?
Software Design:
If the target system requires firmware, embedded software, device drivers or application software, provide all the details that are available. For example: Target CPU, Target Operating System, Preferred Programming Language, and a description the software development requirements.
